The VMCCC has a
full liquor license and bar service may be customized to suit
your event. Please inquire. All alcoholic beverages consumed
on the premises must be purchased through us. Please call
our office for lates prices and options on bar services. 419-224-5222.
You may speak with our Hospitality Services Coordinator.
Our concession manager can arrange for continental
breakfasts, coffee, soft drinks, deli trays and many other
forms of refreshment. Please inquire.

Outside decorators may request advance time, during normal
business hours, to decorate for an event for which they have
a contract with a Civic Center client. Decorators wishing the
exclusive use of any such event space ahead of the contracted
time may be subject to a space rental fee at the discretion
of the Event Services Coordinator. Any such fee will be billed to
the decorator at the usual space rental rate. Such a fee does
not include any equipment or labor charges. Decorators who
require Civic Center rental equipment or employees for assistance
in decorating will be billed the normal equipment rental and labor fees. Decorators must request
employee assistance one week in advance to accommodate scheduling.
