- Space rental includes all theater lighting and sound
equipment (except wireless systems) and permanent stage
machinery “as is”, ushers and tickets takers.
- Stage labor and pre-production services (light hangs,
rigging, stripping, etc.) are not included in above rates.
- Contact the VMCCC for current stage labor rates .
- Merchandise sales at public entertainment events will
be assessed a commission of 15% of gross sales. Sales must
be made in the CPH Lobby. No sales
may be made in the Performance Hall or from the stage unless
permission has been obtained from the CEO.
- Lobby-only events may only be
confirmed sixty (60) days prior to their occurrence from
September 1 through June 15. Exceptions to this policy may
only be made by the CEO.
- Some item prices may vary multi-use, multi-day, or competitively
bid events.
