COMMEMORATING OUR VETERANS |

Allen County Memorial Hall was built in 1908 and has served in the past as one of the main cultural and entertainment venues in Allen County. In recent years, it has been the site for the Greater Limaland Blues Festival, concert work of various types and an array of fund-raising events for local charities and non-profit organizations. Because of its unique architecture and ambience, Memorial Hall is used mostly now as a site for wedding receptions, class reunions and other private events.
The Memorial Hall auditorium can seat up to 1,000 people on the main floor and balcony. Balcony seating is permanent; main floor seating uses folding chairs that we can provide (maximum number is 300) or that can be rented from rental agencies. Memorial Hall auditorium has a 36’ wide proscenium arch. There is no permanent sound system and only general lighting on stage. There is, however, sufficient power for portable sound and lighting systems.
There are two dressings rooms backstage that have separate bathrooms, but no showers.
As many as 300 people can be seated for banquets in the auditorium, using rented tables and chairs from outside vendors or in-house equipment (limited to 24 round tables which seat 8 each).

The Armstrong Room, located on the east side of the lobby in Memorial Hall, is available as a meeting room to groups, companies or individuals. It can accommodate up to 80 people set theater style. Six foot and eight foot tables are available to convert the room to a boardroom or other configuration.
