- A public service event is held
for the benefit of the public and makes no financial demand
on attendees. The Board of Trustees and the Director reserve
the
right of approval of proposed public service events.

equipment.

- Gallery viewing is only available during hours when the
building is normally open. Special viewing hours or requests
will be assessed a labor fee.
- Memorial Hall staff assistance for load-in or load-out
will be assessed at $20.00 per hour.
- Absolutely no materials may be attached to the interior
or exterior of the building through any means without permission
of the
Director.
- Any repairs resulting from damages will be billed to the
licensee.

- In most cases, lobby-only events
may only be confirmed sixty (60) days prior to their occurrence
from September 1 through June 15.
- Client is responsible for all set up
and tear down of equipment.
Memorial
Hall has no equipment for rental.
You may bring equipment in from other sources to enhance your
event. Power source is available. Please inquire with Event Services Coordinator for more information.
Security
must be provide by the client for all events during which
alcohol is served. Security for other events may be required
by the management of the facility.
